One of the funniest films(it’s actually a documentary) I’ve seen in years. Wow. It’s LOL for sure.
This docu discusses the history of the air guitar championship in Finland and how the US finally got involved. A good portion of the movie shows people jamming out in competition and it gets out of hand quickly. Holy crap. It was almost too much to handle towards the beginning so be careful.
Here is the movie site: http://www.airguitarnation.com/

Only 10 more days until the 2008 caucuses in Minnesota!! This election cycle started early in 2007 with a bunch of Democrats & Republicans announcing their candidacy. After months of national coverage, debates and a few caucuses/primaries it will finally be time for Minnesotans to weigh in on the candidates.
Now for the bombshell….and the reason hell is freezing over….I’m voting at the Republican caucus! Yep, that’s right. Liberal, tree-hugging, anti-war Ron is voting for the guys in Red this time around. Before you head right for the comments section to flame me, hear me out.
I’m supporting Ron Paul. He is not a neo-con like most of the other Republicans, he’s believes strongly in the constitution unlike most in Washington. Here are the 4 main reasons I’m supporting Ron Paul:
I would love to hear what everyone has to say about this election. I’m sure I’m going to catch heat from this, mostly offline I know. But at least I’m participating in the process.

Last Wednesday Heidi and I took off on our long delayed honeymoon. Our destination was Baileys Harbor, WI which is in Door county. We had heard nothing but good things about Door county so we decided to find out ourselves what all the fuss was about.
For those who don’t know much about Door county there are a few basics….it’s located in the peninsula near Green Bay. There are a ton of great sites which have travel info and reviews, but the this one is the best. We looked about over 40 places to stay, some really nice, some crappy, and the place we picked: Black Smith Inn. This bed and breakfast is a bit spendier than some places, but definitely worth it. Our room had a balcony view of the harbor, whirlpool, and was overall had a cozy feel to it.
Bailey’s Harbor is pretty quiet and a nice place to come back to every night, but not much to do there. Just a few shops to walk to. There was one nice place to eat, the Restaurant Saveur (no site right now). Three course menu with great sweet potato ravioli.
Most of the tourist action in Door county is in Fish Creek. Tons of shops to visit, great restaurants.
Peninsula State Park was gorgeous this time of the year. All the leaves were turning. See the pictures link below. Most of the nice outdoors pictures were taken there.
Egg Harbor also has great shops and restaurants as well as the only beer brewery in the county. Shipwrecked is a bed/breakfast, restaurant & brewery. The beer was kind of flat, so i was pretty disappointed. Their food made up for it however. The Bistro at the Liberty Square also had great food. I had a fantastic walnut burger. We also stopped at the Village Cafe for some excellent breakfast. Being a huge french toast wonk, I had to try out their version. WOW.
Here are the pictures.

This Sunday the Pack barely pulled off a victory in the dome to remain undefeated this year. Pretty cool.
Favre passed Marino as all time touchdown pass thrower. Pretty damn cool.
Rob, a vikings fan, had to wear a packer’s jersey and cheesehead hat because he had a big mouth before the game. Friggin’ cool.
