I was lucky enough to sneak down to the state fairgrounds for the Living Green Expo yesterday. What a great showing. Tons of exhibitors, great workshops.
I highly recommend going next year if you can make it. I brought home all sorts of information about energy savings, green products & services and lots of misc stuff.
The expo looks pretty impressive.
I was looking through the workshops and have one question. What the heck does artisan cheesemaking have to do with living green?
